Hi,
I'm Megan

Movement has been part of my life since I was three years old. As a freelance artist, chronic pain and injury became constant challenges, making even everyday tasks hard to manage. Seeking a solution, I turned to a deeper understanding of the connection between the mind and body during the pandemic, studying Pilates, biomechanics, and more.

Through my personal experience and new research, I found that Functional Patterns offers the most effective path to recovery. As a Functional Patterns Human Biomechanics Specialist, I focus on improving movement patterns to help people move without pain.

Now, I work with clients to improve how they move, offering tailored sessions that address inefficiencies and lead to long-lasting results. My goal is to create a space where clients feel supported and confident in their journey to better movement and overall wellbeing.

Let's unlock your full potential, one movement at a time.
